What's the difference between Personal Enterprise and Brand Intelligence?
Personal Enterprise is for individuals managing multiple people's health — such as a nutritionist tracking up to 5 clients, or a family manager tracking family members. It does not include API access, commercial licensing, or B2B data outputs.
Brand Intelligence is for companies that want to integrate Availabio's molecular intelligence into their own products, marketing, or formulation workflows. It includes API keys, a commercial use license, and access to raw data — not just narrative summaries.
Can I use my Personal Pro data for my business?
No. Personal tiers (Free, Pro, Enterprise) are licensed for personal use only. Any commercial use — including using AI outputs in client-facing materials, marketing, or product formulation — requires a Brand Intelligence plan with a commercial use license.
What is a "commercial use license"?
A commercial use license permits you to use Availabio's data and AI outputs in your commercial products, services, and communications. This includes embedding bioavailability data in your product pages, using AI-generated formulation insights in your R&D process, and sharing Availabio outputs with clients or customers. All Brand Intelligence tiers include this license.
Is there a free trial?
The Free tier is permanently free — no credit card required. For paid individual tiers (Personal Pro and Personal Enterprise), we offer a 14-day free trial. For brand plans, we encourage a conversation first so we can match you to the right tier. Contact us at hello@availabio.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept bank transfer and direct invoicing. Additional payment methods coming soon.
